Modeled by "Frank" The outershell is a Neon Green waterproof fabric to help protect  from the wind, rain and cool Spring air. It is also trimmed with royal blue piping. The lining is a Royal blue boned deocated Flannel . It doesn't stop there, there is a lime royal blue knit turtle neck.
